"We had our cleaning service in, this past Thursday. One of the maids accidentally locked my wife's bathroom door, then shut it. We didn't have a jeweller's screwdriver small enough to fit through the tight hole in the knob. I unscrewed the outer knob. when I tried to turn the opening mechanism, the other half of the knob system popped out and landed inside the bathroom. We called Artie's.
Matt came out, after his previous call. He tried a few tools. When that didn't work, he went out to his vehicle, and came back with a new knob-and-lock kit. He pulled the outer knob off, then used the inner knob and turning mechanism to open the door. It worked."
"So, my car's battery died and an apparent side effect of that happening in this particular make/model is that the car completely locks down to the point you can't even use the physical key to open the doors anymore. Super professional: when I've called for auto locksmiths from other companies in the past, I didn't get asked for paperwork to prove the car was mine which retrospectively is so sketchy; that was the first thing Zono did (or would have done if the paperwork was in the locked car). The person who booked him to come out to me was also super kind and empathetic and worked with me to make sure I had a slot with a technician as soon as possible. End of the day, I could not have been more pleased"
