"I have used Artie's since we moved to Fairfax City in 1980. They have re-keyed every house I have lived in and provided a ton of spare keys for a variety of cars and locks. Yesterday I needed extra keys for the house, easily done and extra keys for a 2018 Chevrolet. The truck keys required programming. Artie's tried several times to program the keys and it wasn't working but they found another way and it was successful. I am thrilled they didn't close because there is a wealth of knowledge here that shouldn't be lost."

"Locked myself out of my house last Friday and called Artie's for help. In about 10 minutes Doug showed up with a smile on his face and a friendly demeanor. However, I had already found a spare key outside the house. Doug didn't mind it at all and said I didn't owe him anything even if he drove to my house. Awesome! Thanks, Artie's!"
