"I recently went to Artie's to purchase a key fob for my granddaughter's used car. Since this is an older model I called first to see if this was something they could do. Not only did someone answer the phone (unlike so many businesses that put your call into a voicemail system) but Ricky then checked immediately to see if he had the needed key in stock, which he did. I brought the car right away to Artie's and Ricky cut, programmed and tested the key fob in the car to confirm that everything worked. The process took barely 15 minutes. Ricky was professional, respectful, efficient and a pleasure to do business with."
