"I’ve used Artie’s for many years for my lock and key services, but haven’t needed them in some time. This was my first visit to their new Location at the corner of Jermantown Rd and Lee Hwy. I took my door knob in because the key was not working smoothly. He took care of it spraying some Teflon spray in it, worked like a charm. The lock works smoothly and he would not take any money for the repair. Excellent customer service!"
