"Arties came to my home today. Took a few hours. A little pricey but my lock works. They had to try two different locks. Realized one wasn't going to work so the got another lock. "On a Sunday before a Monday holiday my front door knob was loose, and as an 86 year old, I was unable to get it reattached. I called Artie's and they came out on the Monday holiday and reattached the knob and made extra-sure that my keys were marked correctly for the regular lock as well as the dead-bolt lock. They took patience as I made sure of everything."
