"Amazing service and I highly recommend Arties if you are looking for a professional and fast service. We own a Montessori School and have a door that opens with a keypad or a button and it decided to stop working. I contacted over 10 companies in the Virginia, DC and MD area and none of them were able to help us. I did one final search online and found Arties Lock and Key. The gentleman who answered the phone was wonderful, polite and helpful. He informed me that his boss would contact me the next day to schedule a time to come out and take a look. As promised, Sean called me and was out to the school within a couple of hours. He had to order a part but was confident he could fix the problem. The part was available the next day and Sean was back out to the school with the new part and fixed the door within a couple of hours. Everyone I spoke with from Arties was helpful and polite. Going forward, I will use Arties for all of our lock and key needs both personally and for our business."
