"I called Artie's Lock & Key to get service for my home entry door. The lock was jammed and our keys no longer worked to unlock it. Juan answered the phone and walked me thru the cost of sending someone to check out the door lock & provide service, as well as the cost of a new door lock mechanism if mine was broken. Then, he took me through some steps that I could take to see if I could fix the problem myself before sending a service person over. He told me that if these simple, low cost steps didn't work, then I needed a service person. Well, the DIY steps worked and our keys now open that door lock easily. I truly appreciate Juan's help and honesty. There are a lot of other salesmen that would have steered me towards the most expensive profit making solution, but Juan did not. Further, he was friendly, thorough & patient in explaining the process. I will definitely call Artie's for future service due to my experience with Juan."
