Eventually i took the high security lock, rom was a real professional and so knowledgeable. Im thinking about losing my key once in a while just to give the guy some business, he deserves it!

One handset could not be rekeyed, they told me why, it sounded reasonable and they sold me one that was similar and keyed that one too.
