"I recently went to Artie's to purchase a key fob for my granddaughter's used car. Since this is an older model I called first to see if this was something they could do. Not only did someone answer the phone (unlike so many businesses that put your call into a voicemail system) but Ricky then checked immediately to see if he had the needed key in stock, which he did. I brought the car right away to Artie's and Ricky cut, programmed and tested the key fob in the car to confirm that everything worked. The process took barely 15 minutes.
