"I went into Arties Lock and Key to have the key Fob for my GMC tested and replaced, if necessary. The technician, Ricky, was very professional, personable, and efficient. He tested the old battery, replaced it with a new one, checked the internal connection inside the fob, as well as testing it outside to insure that it was working properly from a distance to my car. He also checked a second key fob for the car to determine its efficiency. He performed all these tasks quickly and expertly.
