"Had 6 deadbolts re-keyed, but 1 started malfunctioning after a few uses. Called Artie's and told them what was going on. They happily made an appointment at my convenience. Bob came to the house as scheduled and made short work of it. Works great now! This company stood by their word. They promptly and cheerfully made things right when called.
