"For some time, I have been trying to get duplicate keys to a recalcitrant patio lock. I found Artie's online and went to the shop to have duplicate keys made. Unfortunately, the keys worked but not smoothly, so I returned to the shop with the lock and the technician went to work. He cut new keys that worked smoothly and solved my problems.
