"Locksmith Bob performed excellent customer service resolving my malfunctioning locked mail box problem. I could not open it. After testing the key and lock he quickly determined the pins inside the lock were corroded and determined it was not a faulty lock mechanism. He applied W2 Oil and worked it in. The result was an excellent working mail box and key. He was very customer focused and friendly. I will highly recommend your company and his handling of any problem. Thank you.
