Location at the corner of Jermantown Rd and Lee Hwy. I took my door knob in because the key was not working smoothly.
He took care of it spraying some Teflon spray in it, worked like a charm. The lock works smoothly and he would not take any money for the repair.

"Going here was such a great experience. I had a bit of a unique situation where the original key for my car had been destroyed and the backup copy I had (made by the dealer) didn't work properly. The fob worked, but the emergency key didn't.
I called in on a Thursday, they gave me a quote and placed an order for a new key remote to replace the lost one and it arrived the following Monday. I went in and they were so helpful and explained every step. Not only did they pair the new remote, they also fixed the dealer key as well. They stuck to the quoted price despite the extra hassle and I was out in about 45 minutes.
