"The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was personally assisted by Lauri. She guided me through the process of duplicating the key to my Toyota step by step. At several times during the time spent at the locksmiths, I was offered water, and the staff made sure I was comfortable. I was even assisted organizing and attaching my keys to my key ring. The key that was made by Lauri works flawlessly, all features were thoroughly tested."
