"I lost one of my e-bike keys to remove the battery. I had one left and needed to have a spare otherwise if I lost the last one it would cost in the hundreds to replace the lock set. Arties did a great job of finding the correct blank and adjusting it to fit my bike. No one else I contacted were will to make me a replacement key. The staff was very pleasant and worked very hard to satisfy me at a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will call again for any locksmith needs."
