"So, my car's battery died and an apparent side effect of that happening in this particular make/model is that the car completely locks down to the point you can't even use the physical key to open the doors anymore. My technician from Artie's, Zono, got me in in like not even two minutes?? I'd blocked off the entire morning, but he was so efficient, and there's no residual marks or scratches on my car from the job, my mind was blown. Super professional: when I've called for auto locksmiths from other companies in the past, I didn't get asked for paperwork to prove the car was mine which retrospectively is so sketchy; that was the first thing Zono did (or would have done if the paperwork was in the locked car). The person who booked him to come out to me was also super kind and empathetic and worked with me to make sure I had a slot with a technician as soon as possible. End of the day, I could not have been more pleased"
