"I went in for a new car key because my old one was tripping out and all the buttons didn’t work , I came in Monday at 4 and ordered a compatible key for my car since it rejected the refurbished one it came in on Friday and Lauri was such a good help and she helped me with everything including ordering the key and when she went to go program it , it only took like 20 min and the key was working and all the buttons work now I am so satisfied with they work and customer service as well as their price some other place tried to charge 350$ while they did it for 200$ I will for sure be coming back in the future!!!"

"We visited Arties to have a new key made for our older car. We thought we were going to have to have an entirely new key made and then electronically keyed. This happened to us with another car, and were expecting to pay $250. Lauri assisted us and told us she could just "take the guts" of our old, broken key, and make us a new one for around $80. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to work with. We will be back with all of our lock and key business."
