"Arties came to my home today. Took a few hours. A little pricey but my lock works. They had to try two different locks. Realized one wasn't going to work so the got another lock. It was tight but Matt, who was installing it is very conscientious; he wanted it right. Took his time and worked through the issues. I would work with them again without question, and ask for Matt."

"On a Sunday before a Monday holiday my front door knob was loose, and as an 86 year old, I was unable to get it reattached. I called Artie's and they came out on the Monday holiday and reattached the knob and made extra-sure that my keys were marked correctly for the regular lock as well as the dead-bolt lock. They took patience as I made sure of everything."
