"First, Artie’s Lock and Key is a small business, not just a phone bank sending messages to independent contractors. (love that) When I called a real (and compassionate() employee answered the phone and figured out what we needed to fix and replace various locks in our home. Our technician Matt was friendly and efficient. I had removed a doorknob stuck in the lock position and was surprised that the door was still locked. Matt quickly gained access to the room and then replaced the old knob. Finally, he fixed our lovely front door that was installed incorrectly. For years, we had to use all our strength to lift the door to lock it from the inside. A previous locksmith told me it might be $3000 to repair. Matt worked on it for a few minutes and presto, it worked, and to be clear, I did not need to empty my bank account for the repair! Kudos to Matt and the rest of the team at Artie’s Lock and Key, I am now a happy customer for life."
