"Lost my 2nd car key fob, a Mazda CX5. Called Artie’s, spoke with Lauri, texted my key fob information so she can order the OEM fob. Within a few days, got a called from Lauri when my key fob arrived. Visited the Artie’s shop for the first time, Lauri helped program the key fob, and all done in about 15 min, for about half of the cost at dealership.
Not only did I get my key fob replaced effortlessly, it was Lauri’s professionalism and customer service that made the entire experience so pleasant like a breeze. Highly recommend."
