"I was having an issue with my car key where the fob would work and then wouldn't work and it was super annoying. I finally decided to get it checked out and the owner, Sean, could not have been nicer. He presented me with 3 different scenarios and prices based on what the problem could be and he then worked diligently to fix it. He made several trips out to my car to test the fob and then ultimately to try out the new key he made. Super thrilled to finally have a car that can lock and unlock again with the press of a button. And, we actually ended up going with a different method than he originally thought and the fix was cheaper than the other 3 original scenarios. Highly recommend this place and really wish I hadn't waited ~ 6 months to get it checked out!"

Artie even took the time to show me how to use the emergency spare key....yeah, the dealer never bothered with that little detail when it was purchased! "The best experience with any Locksmith service EVER! Doug Jones was prompt, informative, thorough, paid attention to every single detail, demonstrated the entire process and why this particular Medeco lock was the most secure, and did everything he could do to make me feel safe. He did not "ups sell" me which I appreciated. I did not expect to need the new lock, and the expense is considerable. The fact that I CAN rely on this deadbolt like no other, was completely at ease with the information and performance Doug Jones delivered, and the excellent, clear Customer Service from Sean was more than enough to make this unexpected expense worth it! The combination of Sean on the telephone to gather information and set the appointment, and Doug Jones to install and deliver is the most excellent "key" to safety success!"
