"I was given an old autograph book that belonged to my grandfather. It was over 120 years old. To get into it you had to unlock a large lock on the side. After so long a time, the original key was no where to be found. Luckily the main pages had all been removed. I took the binder to Arties and Ricky was able to not only make a key but also get the binder open. He took such great care of the book which I treasured as if it were his own. I have to say I have used Arties before and actually did not know they not only do all kinds of keys but also deal in keys needed for antiques. I was super pleased with the service and the price as well. I'd encourage you to use Arties if you ever have a key problem of any kind."
