"Arties is now my Go-To for more complex lock and key needs. I needed two visits over a weeks time for my job. I showed up with a problem, they had the solution - simple as that. I needed deadbolts and handsets rekeyed and some advice on how to remove a stubborn deadbolt. The service was Excellent and they're super convenient for me.
One handset could not be rekeyed, they told me why, it sounded reasonable and they sold me one that was similar and keyed that one too. Followed they're advice and the stubborn deadbolt came off just as they it would. Great guys, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Alex has been the primary guy I've dealt with - super personality and competent. I'll go back and I will recommend them to others too.

"This week, I got this local locksmith to make 2 copies of my laser cut automotive transponder keys for our Lexus. Their pricing beat all other competition and they offer excellent service! I went in with some obstacles and they overcame them when others couldn't. Please check them out if you need keys made for anything! They're the best in my book!"

"I have used Arties Lock and Key for over 30 years and always been fully satisfied. Just recently my son purchased a desk set from a consignment store. The desk set had 5 different drawers that locked but the store did not have the key. He really needed a key. We took one of the locks out of the desk and brought it in to Charlie. No promises were made but the results were perfect. Charlie was able to take the lock apart and make a key. When I brought it to my son and he tried the key in the other locks it worked! My son was thrilled and we were very satisfied customers!"
