"Needed an extra house key made and went to a well known chain hardware store. It took half an hour just to get someone to the key making machine, then when I got home it didn't work. Figured, "Hey, stuff happens." went back and got another set made... still didn't work. Did some research online and was told to find an actual locksmith, so I went to Artie's. In and out in 5 minutes, owners are super friendly, key works perfectly. This was 5 years ago, and I've moved several times since then and have all my keys made through them. A+ all around."
