"Thank you, Artie’s Lock and Key! When I called Rebecca to advise that my brother passed away and I needed help getting into his apartment and building, she was SO kind and helpful. When I arrived with my 84 year old mother from out of state, the technician, Matt, was waiting for us on the front step while we drove from the airport. He had a challenging time at first, but he persevered and did everything we needed him to do. From the first call until Matt got us in and even through the paperwork, the staff at Artie’s was compassionate, professional and really cared. In my opinion they went above and beyond to help and Mom and I are so appreciative. I highly recommend Artie’s. We really threw a tough situation at them and they prevailed!"
