"Went to arties to see if they carried the key for a roof rack on my car. Ricky was super polite and got to making my key. he walked out with me to verify the key was correct. his coworker Zond also came out with me and applied some WD40 to one of my locks to make sure everything was smooth. above and beyond service. wasn't expecting it really but it was really refreshing to see people take pride in their work and service. if i ever have another issue with a key or a lock they will be the first people i seek out. can't go wrong with arties lock and key."

"I recently had the pleasure of using Artie’s Lock & Key and was thoroughly impressed with their service. When I called in, I spoke with Sean, who patiently answered all my questions. It was refreshing to speak with an actual human who took the time to address my concerns.
When I arrived, Ricky attended to me, and it was evident that the staff’s communication was top-notch as he was already aware of my key needs. Ricky’s professionalism was outstanding. He spoke clearly, confidently, and demonstrated a deep knowledge of his work. He promptly helped me get a new key for my Honda Odyssey, and I found the prices to be quite reasonable.
Overall, the experience was excellent, and I will definitely be using Artie’s Lock & Key for all my future lock and key needs. Highly recommended!"
