The price was reasonable as I’ve had this done on my other car before. In this multi-stage short job, Ricky kept me informed while I waited in the comfortable waiting area. "I have neuropathy so using those key machines that are so prevalent today are out of the question for me. So, I was looking for a place to make the keys for me, and Arties was that place. Professional, cheerful, and loaded with inventory. Arties made me threes sets of keys quickly and all worked perfectly. Matt was especially easy to work with. I highly recommend them!"

"I just experienced some "Old Fashioned" service that I haven't seen in a long time.
I had a motorcycle trunk key that I needed duplicated, that Home Depot couldn't do nor any of a number of locksmiths in the area. The gentleman at Ace Hardware in Fairfax, was kind enough to suggest that I go to Arties Lock & Key.
It was late and they were closed, and Ricky was leaving to go home. I told him I had been going all over the place trying to get this key copied, but he had closed the register and was locking the door. He was kind enough to reopen the store and try to find me a key. After searching through hundreds of blanks, he found what he thought might work. After cutting it we went out to the bike, to try it out. No dice, but he said he thought he could fix it. It took 4 times back and forth from the bike to the shop before it worked. At lease 1/2 hour. He then cut me a couple extras. I tried to leave him a cash tip, but he wouldn't accept it.

"Ricky helped me today! If you need a key fob for your new or used car Artie's is exactly where I would start! It has been years since I have been into Artie's and the service has not changed! Old school customer service at its best. Options were presented and they walked me through not only what I asked but what other options I should consider. Once decided the product was customized VERY quickly to my needs. There was no rush on my part but obviously Ricky wanted to make sure I was taken care of quickly and the greatest of care in ensuring everything was done right. I walked out with a modern flip key fob for my 2007 vehicle! Great Job! Great Service! Thank you for once again exceeding my expectations."
