"Once I described to Ricky at Arties that I needed a skeleton type KEY to open a chest of drawers, we arranged a time & date and Alon brought a sack of keys to try. His 7th key worked and Alon opened all 8 draws. He unscrewed one drawer lock and Ricky made me a new key in 3 days and it works fine now!!"
