"I don't normally do reviews but I felt like I had too. 1st and foremost I would like to thank you to ricky for assisting me with finding the key period. Ricky went out of his way to ensure and also the research to help me find the key. I'm not gonna lie. I was on my way to another vendor that had the kids stock and Ricky said he would call me back. He caught me on my way to the other vendor but from all uh, diligence and hard work that he put in. I felt like I had to turn around and go back and I'm glad I did. "02/24/2025 After work, a friend of mine recommended this place to me because I needed a new car key. The manager, Mr. Ricky was very polite and gave me multiple options to choose from and he was also very patient with me. The time he took to make the key was reasonable and the quality of the key was splendid. I’m really pleased with the finished results and now I have a new car key."

"The one copy of my original key FOB did not contain a cut key. When I lost the original fob, I not only needed to get another fob programmed, I needed the two keys for those fob's cut. Artie's copied my new fob and was able to pull the door cylinder to create the two keys for me. They invited my dog into the lobby with me while I waited and I saw them take great care of two other customers. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and came away incredibly impressed with their professionalism. If you need key and/or lock services, these folks are fantastic."
