Old school customer service at its best. Options were presented and they walked me through not only what I asked but what other options I should consider. Once decided the product was customized VERY quickly to my needs. There was no rush on my part but obviously Ricky wanted to make sure I was taken care of quickly and the greatest of care in ensuring everything was done right.
