"Bob and Sean were punctual and a quick study. They figured out how gummed up my lever door-knobs were, then cleaned and re-set the innards in a strenuous half-hour, with excellent results. They could very well have just steered us toward total replacement, but instead took care of us for the "turn-the-key" minimum. I have consulted Artie's several times over the years and have never been disappointed."

"Had 6 deadbolts re-keyed, but 1 started malfunctioning after a few uses. Called Artie's and told them what was going on. They happily made an appointment at my convenience. Bob came to the house as scheduled and made short work of it. Works great now! This company stood by their word. They promptly and cheerfully made things right when called. Any future locksmithing I need will go to one company alone, Artie's. Thank you folks for having integrity at a time when it seems to be in short supply!"
