"I had lost one key and had another door that was frozen. My neighbors recommended Artie's Lock and Key. When I called, several options were provided and an appt was promptly made. The technician,Bob was excellent. He was professional and efficient, explaining what he was doing and why. He left both locks in better shape so it was more than just a "rekeying"! I would use them again and highly recommend their service."

I went ahead and took it in on a whim, and Junior had basically made a key for me from scratch by the next day. He did a fantastic job!
