Ricky was very helpful and extremely skillful. He was able to open our vintage fire safe that we had no key for, and even cut us a new key for it. "I walked in this morning this morning needing help replacing my car key, which needed to be programmed to my car. Ricky was kind and patient. He explained everything to me and gave me all of my options. He checked everything twice to make sure it worked and checked in with me at every step to make sure it was okay. Great customer service!
