"I have a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe and needed to get a second remote control. Talk about something hard! First you need to find a remote that is compatible. Then you need to find someone that knows how to program it. Finally you need that person to have a lot of patience to solve the problems that arise from the fact that your car doesn't behave as it is supposed to (I'm referring to the manual).
Ricky was exactly that person. Patient, with the knowledge and the inclination to give an astounding service.
I left the shop about 40 minutes later with a new remote that was hard to find and program, working perfectly.

"Needed a duplicate key for a 2004 Mazda 6 -- the kind that has an anti-theft chip. It took some work by Ricky, b/c the first blank he cut didn't want to work, but he persisted and eventually succeeded. I'd tried several months ago at a Home Depot, and they didn't have a clue."
