"I had purchased a new keyfob online and needed an automotive locksmith to reprogram the fob and cut the emergency key that came with it. I called Artie's to inquire about what I needed and spoke with a very nice and professional gentleman named Ricky. He walked me through the process of how he could help, what needed to happen, the potential complications, and expected cost. Ricky explained what I needed to do to get my current fob to work (car would not start) and I drove over. Once there, he answered my questions, took both the old and new key fobs, worked his magic, and after only about 10 minutes I left with a working key fob and cut emergency key. Ricky was terrific and, based on my experience, I would highly recommend Artie's Lock and Key."

Bob explained what was wrong with our locks, repaired both locks with his stock of spare parts and lubricated all the components on the doors. Very efficient.
