"I've used Artie's Lock and Key since at least 1987 when I moved to Fairfax City. They are wonderful. You can trust them to make good copies of keys at a fair price and they give good service. Today I thought my car key fob has lost it's remote function since I had accidently held a magnet against it while using a flashlight with a magnet next to it. The key remote part did not work Sunday night or Monday morning to open or close the car. I called Artie's yesterday to see if they could fix it. They checked to see if they had the correct replacement and gave me an estimate over the phone. Lucky for me when I got there, the fob had corrected itself and was working. The guy working there made sure that the fob was still working to start and run the car. He told me to keep an eye on it because it should not be totally trusted. It is unusual for them to fix themselves. He told me the two possible fob numbers just in case I need one in the future. You can't ask for better service that that."

"Great company and the employees there are very professional and knowledgeable. I had recently purchased a used car that came only with a valet key. They were able to properly program a new remote key fob for me within the hour. I chose them based on the rave reviews, and it was worth the 45 minute drive for me to be serviced by them. I would highly recommend using Artie's for any key and lock services that you need."
