"What a great locksmith. We had 2 old locked Steelmaster file cabinets without keys. I sent pictures of the locks and they made the 2 sets of keys. One set worked perfectly. The set with the other went in but the tumbler wouldn't turn. I went back to the store and they looked very closely at the picture. Ricky thought the manufacturer might have made an error and stamped the code backwards. He made a new set of keys and they worked perfectly!! Smart, quick, friendly and very helpful. This is the second time they've helped us out. A great place for auto fobs too!!"

"I thought I was having the worst day ever when my 2nd car key broke! I looked online and saw Artie's was right near my home so I thought I'd give them a try. What an amazing experience! I showed the young man behind the counter (didnt get his name) my key and told him my problem, he spoke to the owner who said it could be fixed. I was told to speak with Ricky "the car guru" and 5 minutes later he walks in and before he could put his stuff down he jumps in to save the day! I mean at 1st he was just going to reattach the key, but then he found actual remotes and offered to reprogram them for my car. He walked me thru the entire process and tested the key out a few times to make sure I was satisfied. I was so happy I bought 2! I wanted to tell the owner in person how fabulous Ricky was but he was assisting someone else so I hope he sees this. As long as I'm in Fairfax, they will get my business!"

"Dropped my car off this week to have a new key made, and they were also able to program a new key fob for me, since I lost mine years ago. They had it all done in about 20 minutes and couldn’t have been any more pleasant about doing it all in 90 degree heat. 10/10 - would recommend."
