"I actually came upon Artie’s Lock and Key by accident. I was looking for a locksmith I had used previously and mistook Artie’s for that location. However, I am glad for the mistake. I was looking to get 2 new fobs and 2 keys for a car I recently purchased. I called the business first to do some research on available services and cost. I spoke with Rick, who ended up also doing the services for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was unaware of the different kinds of keys manufactured now, and he explained it to me. He told me everything I needed to know, and I was able to walk in the next day - without an appointment - knowing what to expect. Upon arrival, Rick completed the programming and transponder key production, and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. He updated me along the way as things were completed, or if he had a complication, and he was able to do everything as planned for the price quoted. I would definitely use Artie’s again and recommend them."

"Before I arrived at the shop, I knew exactly what to expect. Over the phone, Sean walked me through the ins and outs of how Honda keys need to be programmed into the vehicle and that I should bring all my keys since they need to be programmed in one session. We discussed options and costs based on the condition of my keys and fobs. Once I got to the shop, everything was done in 20 minutes - easy. I should say that I was irritated before I called since I wasn't happy to be spending money to fix my non-working car keys. However, I walked out as a satisfied customer who will return. These guys are real professionals."

"They made a second key fob for me to replace one that I lost long ago. Great communication (they had to order the fob, so it took a few days), great service when it came time to go get it programmed and the key cut, super friendly. Top notch experience."
