"Bob changed and rekeyed all our locks. He helped us figure out which locks were necessary and which we could leave, as we had 4 exterior locks and installed three interior locks. He was very helpful in deciding how many keys we needed and whetherbwe wanted all keysvto match vs. separate key for interior and exterior. His professionalism and pleasant nature was an added bonus.
