From my first call to them to ask if they could help, to walking into their shop and being greeted by Ricky, they were friendly and confident that they could help us. Ricky was very helpful and extremely skillful. He was able to open our vintage fire safe that we had no key for, and even cut us a new key for it. Ricky even carried it into the shop and back to my car for me (very heavy box). Their price for our job was very reasonable too.
