Ricky is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and tenacious. He cut and reprogrammed a blank electronic key fob (that I provided) for a third of the price asked by the Ford dealer 2 blocks away. He made three trips between my car and his lathe to make sure the new key operated smoothly in the ignition & locks. Professional, thorough, fast, friendly and done to 100% satisfaction. This is the only locksmith I'll go to for as long as Ricky's around."
