"Today was one of the worst days ever. My car key broke in my car’s ignition. I almost cried to my manager and she referred me to Artie’s. I was able to get the key out. Called Artie’s and Ricky answered. I explained to him and he said come over and I’ll fix it. I got there right at 5pm (they close at 5 and he still helped me) and he quickly fixed my key. He was so polite helpful and efficient. I walked out so happy and they turned my frown upside down. Thank you so much for making my day!"

"Locked my keys inside the Tour-Pak (trunk) on my motorcycle leaving work in Fairfax. Called Artie's and explained my situation to Rick who was very helpful on the phone. I brought the bike by and Doug came out to the parking lot and had the lock open in 5 minutes being very careful not to damage the leather covered lid or the lock. We went back inside and Rick knocked out three keys for me and then went back out into the parking lot to personally ensure each key worked flawlessly. Great service, and knowledgeable, professional guys with a well stocked shop. Although I live in Stafford I'll bring my work here from now on. Thanks guys! Rick"
