"Just purchased an 09 vehicle which only came with the valet key. Given the age of the vehicle, went to the dealership first about getting a new master key. They wanted about $250 for a new key itself and about $800 to create a new master jig or some nonsense. Long story short, I went to Artie's and worked with Lauri, who provided great customer service, and I left with a new master key for a mere fraction of the cost compared to the dealership."

Very professional and was able to get my door open without breaking the lock . He spent extra time helping me figure out why my door was failing to lock and unlock.
